DESCRIPTION:As part of our 80th Anniversary celebration\, we are partnering with some of Baltimore’s finest chefs to host a monthly Supper Club – with dinner prepared exclusively for thirty guests in Boordy’s beautiful rustic Winecellar. On May 21st the gifted Chef Carlos Raba of Clavel/Nana presents five unique courses that will be paired with Boordy’s estate-grown wines\, including our spectacular 80th Anniversary Founder’s Reserve. \nFirst course: Tuna Crudo Tostada with pickled cucumber in black sauce and garlic aioli.\nSecond course: Heirloom Tomato Salad with seasonal greens\, hominy corn and aged Manchego cheese.\nThird course: Tostada of Grilled Shrimp\, aguacate with salsa matcha (contains nuts) and sunflower aioli.\nFourth course: “Cabreria” Butterfly Tenderloin Steak with black beans\, queso fresco and spring grilled onion y frijol negro.\nFifth course: Mexican Flan \nTickets are available online only for $135 per person (including sales tax and gratuity).
