On September 17th the brilliant Chef Zack Mills of True Chesapeake presents five unique courses that will be paired with Boordy’s estate-grown wines\, including our spectacular 80th Anniversary Founder’s Reserve. \nFirst course: True Chesapeake Oyster with sparkling wine mignonette and caviar.\nSecond course: Farm Greens Salad\, local tomatoes\, tomato basil vinaigrette.\nThird course: Poached Snakehead\, local tomatoes\, tomato beurre blanc.\nFourth course: Barbeque Spiced Brisket\, cornbread puree\, corn succotash.\nFifth course: Local Seasonal Fruit with Zabaione. \nTickets are available online only for $135 per person (including sales tax and gratuity).
