DESCRIPTION:Baltimore’s finest chefs to host a monthly Supper Club – with dinner prepared exclusively for thirty guests in Boordy’s beautiful rustic Winecellar. On October 15th the accomplished Chef Nino Germano of La Scala presents five unique courses that will be paired with Boordy’s estate-grown wines\, including our spectacular 80th Anniversary Founder’s Reserve. \nFirst course: Grilled Caesar Salad served with our Cabernet Franc.\nHead of romain lettuce flash grilled over an open flame\, served with homemade Caesar dressing\, croutons and pecorino Romano cheese. \nSecond course:  Gemelli Pasta with Caponata di Pulpo served with our Albarino.\nOur homemade pasta served with Spanish Rock Octopus Caponata\, which consists of tender octopus\, celery\, olives\, capers\, red bell peppers\, and a light sauce. \nThird course: Swordfish Sammoriglio served with our Juliette Blanc de Blancs.\nGrilled swordfish marinated with olive oil\, lemon\, garlic\, oregano and sea salt. \nFourth course: Filet with Mushroom Ragu served with our 80th Anniversary Founder’s Reserve.\nFilet Mignon served with a portobello\, shitake and button mushroom ragu made with brown\, sherry wine sauce. \nFifth course: Homemade Cannoli served with our Dolce Bianco.\nCannoli made with Chef Nino’s secret family recipe. \n  \nTickets are available online only for $135 per person (including sales tax and gratuity).
