DESCRIPTION:Celebrate the originality and independence of America’s greatest composers – from jazzy high life captured by George Gershwin and Leonard Bernstein to the epic film scores of Aaron Copeland and John Williams\, the American sound is lively and limitless. Valerie Coleman’s anthem for essential workers and a new spin on patriotism by BSO Artistic Partner\, and hip-hop spoken word artist Wordsmith update the national tradition for the 21st century. \nLike the flag that once flew over Baltimore’s harbor and inspired by The Star-Spangled Banner\, this big and bold music is a declaration of freedom. Boordy accepts no responsibility for injury caused to children who are not properly chaperoned.\nFOOD purchased at Boordy is the only food permitted in the Boordy Barn\, with one exception – we welcome birthday or anniversary cake & cupcakes.
