Baltimore’s finest chefs to host a monthly Supper Club – with dinner prepared exclusively for thirty guests in Boordy’s beautiful rustic Winecellar. On November 19th the artistic Chef Brian Levin of Costiera presents five unique courses that will be paired with Boordy’s estate-grown wines, including our spectacular 80th Anniversary Founder’s Reserve.
First course: Long Island Scallop Crudo served with our Juliette Blanc de Blancs
Citrus salad, pomegranate, basil oil & crispy sunchokes
Second course: Local Green Salad served with our Albarino Dry Bench Reserve
Apples, fennel, candied walnuts, Keepwell cider vinaigrette & gorgonzola dolce
Third course: Wild Mushroom Risotto served with our 2022 Landmark Reserve
Goat cheese crema, toasted hazelnuts & aged balsamic
Fourth course: Cider Braised Pork Belly served with our 80th Anniversary Founder’s Reserve
Freshly milled polenta, pickled pears & crispy shallots
Fifth course: Pine Nut Tart served with our Dolce Rosso
Preserved summer cherries & rosemary creme anglaise
