Inspired by you, we have brought back our Supper Club Series. We invite you to join us in our Winecellar for a carefully curated five-course wine dinner created by Chef Chad Gauss of The Food Market, (Hampden and Columbia, MD). Each course will be paired with one of the world class wines from our Landmark Series. Chef Gauss and James and Phin from Boordy are currently tasting for the wine pairings.  

First course: Fried lobster lettuce roll, caviar mayo, butter lettuce.

Second course: Roasted baby beet salad, whipped feta, pears, oranges, pomegranate vinaigrette

Third course: Charred lamb chop, Grecian dry rub aerated preserved lemon crema, mint chimmichurri

Fourth course: Everything bagel & butter crust Salmon, horseradish potato pudding
